Review by hotel critic
After my recent stay at Mercure, I found the array of leisure activities quite appealing. The outdoor heated pool and spa pool were perfect for relaxation, and the fully equipped gym provided a great workout. The tranquil environment, coupled with the sauna and seasonal outdoor pool, added to the sense of rejuvenation during my visit. The spa facilities offered a serene experience, with the hot tub and sauna providing a peaceful retreat. The staff, particularly Jingru Wu during check-in and Adarsha and Babita at the restaurant, were notably helpful and accommodating. While the food at the South Eatery was good, I found it slightly overpriced. However, the beautiful views and comfortable beds, alongside the efficient unlimited wifi, made for a serene and enjoyable stay. Mercure provided a peaceful escape with excellent staff service and rejuvenating amenities.
